Take Note of the Game Auction

The auction runs from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday evening in the Upper Curling Lounge (RPG Area). Be aware that any RPG’s will be run on the Curling Ice surface during these times.

Step-by-step Instructions

Click on the New Submission button
Click on the New Submission button
Choose an event type (Board Game, Card Game, Miniatures, RPG or Workshop)
Enter your Event Information.
Enter your Event name (the name of the game or event).
Enter your description of your game. If it’s a board game, feel free to pull some content from Boardgamegeek.com
Enter a webpage for the rules/system (optional)
Select a start time for your event (we will try to accommodate you with this time).

*Please note that the auction runs from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday evening in the Upper Curling Lounge (RPG Area). Beware aware that RPG’s will be run on the Curling Ice surface during these times.
Select an alternate start time for your event, in case we can’t accommodate your original choice for a start time.
Pick a duration for your game.
Set the Max Tickets for your event, which is the maximum number of people that can sign up for your event.
Set the number of spaces needed to 1
Pick the age range you would like for your event.
Pick your table configuration
Choose if you need power at your table. *Power availability is very limited*
Agree to Submission Rules.
Click on Create button to submit.

You are done and ready to enter your next game!
