Registration
We are using Tabletop.events: a registration system that uses badges to enter the convention and you use a ticket to participate in each game/event.
A badge is the equivalent of your weekend registration fee and your ticket is the same as registering for a particular game.
Tickets will be free, but you will need to pay for your badge to enter the event.
When can I register?
You can purchase your badge from March 16 at noon until the end of the day of Friday, May 17 at 6 pm.
Badge pricing
You can either buy your pass online ahead of time, or in person at PrairieCon.
If you’re buying your badge as part of pre-registration or online at the event, then you will have to pay in USD currency, unfortunately.
At PrairieCon, we will only be accepting CAD in cash. If you wait and pay in person, you may miss out on getting into the games you want if you don’t pre-register.
BADGE PRICES:
Adult Weekend Badge
$35 USD – Preregistration or Online
$50 CAD – in person at the registration desk
Adult Single-Day Badge
$25 USD – Preregistration or Online
$35 CAD – in person at the registration desk
Kids Badge
The Kids Badge is good for the full weekend for Kids 12 and under.
$10 USD – Preregistration or Online
$15 CAD – in person at the registration desk
We strongly recommend you pre-register and use the online system to give you a better chance at getting into the games you want.
Game Selection
When can I choose which games I want to play?
You can choose your games from Saturday, April 20 at noon until the end of the day of Friday, May 17 at 6 pm .
This is an important time! Set your calendar, set an alarm and be ready, some games fill up very fast!
