How to submit a Game to PrairieCon

To submit an event in our new Registration System, follow these steps.

First, create an account on tabletop.events

by going to https://tabletop.events/conventions/prairiecon-43

  1. Click “Log In” on the top right corner of the page.
  2. Create an Account for Tabletop.Events

Great! Now you’re going to submit your game.

Go back to https://tabletop.events/conventions/prairiecon-43and log in.

  1. Click on the Submit Events button (on the right hand side)
  2. Click on the New Submission button
  3. Enter your Event Information.
  4. Choose an event type (Board Game, Card Game, Miniatures, RPG or Workshop)
  5. Enter your Event name (the name of the game or event).
  6. Enter your description of your game. If it’s a board game, feel free to pull some content from Boardgamegeek.com
  7. Enter a webpage for the rules/system (optional)
  8. Select a start time for your event (we will try to accommodate you with this time). If your game is a long one, we recommend that you start it at the times below:On Saturday, two-hour games should start at 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm or 9 pm.

    On Saturday, two-hour games should start at 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm, 4 pm, 7 pm or 9 pm.

    On Sunday, two-hour games should start at 9 am, 11 am, 2 pm or 4 pm.

    On Saturday, four-hour games should start at 9 am, 2 pm or 7 pm.

    On Sunday, four-hour games should start at 9 am or 2 pm.

    *Please note that the auction runs from 6pm to 9pm on Saturday evening in the Upper Curling Lounge (RPG Area). Beware aware that RPG’s will be run on the Curling Ice surface during these times.

  9. Select an alternate start time for your event, in case we can’t accommodate your original choice for a start time.
  10. Pick a duration for your game.
  11. Set the Max Tickets for your event, which is the maximum number of people that can sign up for your event.
  12. Set the number of spaces needed. A ‘space’ is a table that will accommodate up to 6 players.
  13. Pick the age range you would like for your event.
  14. Agree to Submission Rules.
  15. Click on Create button to submit.

You are done and ready to enter your next game!
