The PrairieCon Board

PrairieCon is incorporated as a not-for-profit, and our board is made up entirely of volunteers who want to provide a great tabletop gaming convention for all to come and enjoy!

Annual Game Convention

Before PrairieCon was incorporated and made official, it was simply the game convention: PrairieCon. That name persists today!

PrairieCon is a family-friendly, annual, weekend-long tabletop gaming convention at the end of May.

Every year we have board games, card games, miniatures games and role-playing games, along with feature events, including our annual Dungeons and Dragons tournament and our very popular Game Auction! We also often have other events that come and go, such as Warhammer 40k tournaments or cosplay.

There are games for all ages of gamers at our convention, but be sure to check the age recommendation on each game listed, so you aren't surprised. More information about the weekend will appear on our website and social media as we get closer to the event each year.

GamesDays - Our FREE Mini Events

If you can't make it to our annual weekend-long convention, we also host three smaller, casual (and free) events throughout the year called GamesDays. At a GamesDay, we will rent the space, and you can bring your own games, host whatever game you like, or just drop in, find a table with an open spot and sit down to play!

Stay tuned to our website, social media or emails to see when the next GamesDay is coming!
