Who we are...

PrairieCon is Manitoba's largest and longest-running games convention. Established 30 years ago, we have built our reputation on offering fun and challenging games, great prizes and a spirit of camaraderie and fair play.

Our 30th anniversary event features a new and expanded schedule, with a record eight slots of gaming. Events will run Friday from 6pm to 1am, Saturday from 8:30am to 1am and Sunday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Where are we...

Prairiecon runs its events in the tropical paradise of Brandon, Manitoba. This year, the Prairiecon convention is being held at Brandon University Gymnasium from May 29-31, 2009.

Why we are...

Prairiecon was founded on the principal of improving the gaming community in Manitoba and getting like-minded individuals together for some wholesome fun. It's an all-ages event and we make every effort to provide games that are appropriate for younger gamers.

Part of our income is donated to charities such as the Westman Women's Shelter.
